Education:
· Bachelor’s of Science in Information Systems or Computer Science required (No exceptions)
· CISSP, CISA and/or CIA designations preferred.
Experience:
· Must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision.
· Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
· Broad knowledge of various IT technologies (e.g. Cloud Computing, Network Architectures, Software Development, Windows Operating Systems, SQL/Oracle Databases, Financial Applications, etc.) and related risks.
· Strong technical knowledge of IT General Controls and Cyber Security assessments
· Experience in adopting global frameworks such as NIST, CoBIT, etc
· Understanding of basic Accounting and Finance.
· Ability to travel domestically or internationally 30% of the time.
· Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.

- Researches news stories to ensure clarity and accuracy for our audiences.

Responsible for the active relationship management and coordination of work of ancillary benefit plan partners. Activities include contract negotiation and review, business process development and documentation, facilitation of regular meetings, change management and coordination of fully outsourced services.
• Establish consistent measurement and reporting on activities of vendor partners and value/ROI of benefit spend as well as contractual performance guarantees.
• Negotiate performance guarantees in contracts with vendors, with attention to improvement of service levels and alignment with departmental goals
• Facilitate regular meetings with vendors and document decisions and issues that have reached resolution or are scheduled to be discussed. Regular reports of progress to be provided to leadership.
• Ensure timely delivery, summary and storage of vendor data including performance guarantees and metrics as well as contract documents and key correspondence.
