IT Project Manager
Initial focus will be managing a digital field service management project. The Sr. IT Project Manager will be responsible for defining the project’s schedule and scope while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries, organizing and facilitating project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, stakeholder communications, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
Responsibilities:

Experienced with delivering complex, multi-tier IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS cloud-based software solutions.
Schedule and lead planning, program increment refinement, sprint refinement, Scrum of SCRUMs, sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile and quality ceremonies.
Coach, mentor and educate team members on Agile best practices and process improvements.
Work with other Agile teams, their Scrum Masters and client Stakeholders to ensure alignment and act together toward common goals.
Establishing communication with stakeholders and project teams.
Required skills:
· 5+ years’ experience as an IT project manager in oil and gas with a deep understanding of field operations.
· Experience collaborating with teams who develop on Microsoft Technologies.
· Strengths in planning, organizational navigation, and building / managing cross-team relationships.
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification
· Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and experience required, and certification highly preferred.
· Experience with Jira workflows, dash boards and reporting.
· Able to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
